It is suggested by the manufacturers that a kit is not a complete kit with out a tester.

Standard flat charge of only £10.94 for fencing kits, energisers, posts and similar sized items to UK mainland.

Small orders (sent by Royal Mail) charges are normally £5.50 for single packets of insulators and similar sized single items.
