Need A New Torch?
I have had an old Hotline Explorer Torch for years and it has stood me in good stead (perfect for checking your electric fence on these cold winter nights!)- but recently the halogen bulbs stopped working and it needed a new battery.
Below is some info on the new Explorer Torch, a few thoughts on the torch after we had used it last weekend and finally a few pictures of us using this handy torch at our family fireworks.

The mains charging unit shows red when charging begins, amber when charging is almost complete and green when the torch is fully charged. A vehicle charger is also included.
Out With The Old & In With The New
The old style Explorer Torch was brilliant but the new one is even better - it is lighter, feels more duarable and has a more modern look to it.
The old Explorer Torch had two settings; it had one normal bulb and the other setting was a ring of LED lights. The new torch has 2 LED settings. It has a high and low setting - both are powerful and give plenty of light.
The battery life with the new torch seems as impressive as my old one. Charging is easier to monitor on the new torch and it is easy to see when charging is complete.
So yes I will miss my old torch but it is time to go with the new one - and it really does do the job!
