The Super Merlin battery operated energiser is a mid powered battery energiser.  Just to confuse things we have two different Merlin Energisers in stock!

1. Super Merlin P250s - Traditional Design (Out of Stock)

P250s Super Merlin

This traditionally designed energiser had been part of the Hotline range for years.  The Super Merlin has been phased out in favour of the updated new design Super Merlin HLB25.  The Super Merlin P250s features the following:

  • 6v, 9v and 12v battery input
  • Long single spike stand
  • On/off switch
  • Low battery/pulse indicator
  • It can power up to 2.2km of wire in ideal conditions or 2 sheep nets.
  • Stored Joules - 0.3
  • Output Joules - 0.18
  • Can last up to 12 weeks on a 12v 75amp/hr leisure battery
  • If running from 12v battery can be used with solar assist.

2. Super Merlin HLB25 - New Design

HLB25 Super Merlin

This is the new design Super Merlin HLB25 - it has a much more efficient stored:output ratio than the previous design and here are its features:

  • 6 v battery input or use this battery as a back up
  • 12v battery input
  • Strong single spike stand
  • On/off switch
  • Low battery/pulse indicator
  • It is capable of powering 2.2km of wire in ideal conditions or up to 2 sheep nets.
  • Stored Joules - 0.44
  • Output Joules - 0.35
  • Can last up to 12 weeks on a 12v 75 amp/hr leisure battery
  • If running from 12v battery can be used with solar assist.

Both energisers come with a 3 year manufacturers warranty.
