This large Ark is ideal for those wanting a bit more space and some nesting boxes; 6 birds max. This Ark is sensibly priced, handmade in the Uk and robust so that it will last the test of time. Made from FSC Approved timber it is environmentally friendly and has gone through our tanalising process to protect it from decay and weathering; giving a lifespan of 15-20 years.
Measuring 6ft x 3ft x 3ft this Ark comes complete with a galvanised mesh run which is approximatlet two thirds the length of the complete Ark.
The Ark is suitable for up to 6 hens and has removable house and run doors , 2 internal and removable nest boxes, draft boards as the base of the run to shelter chicks, a sliding pop hole and non protruding handles so you can move it about easily. It comes arrives flat packed with easy, step by step build instructions.
