Electirc Fencing Pig Kit - 3 line system operated by mains power (max length 160m)

Electric fencing for pigs is straight forward.  In general pigs are very sensitive to electric fencing and they will keep their distance and give the fence some respect. This standard 3 line strip grazing kit comprises of polywire and twenty tread-in plastic posts and will cover a maximum distance of 160m if using three lines.  This kit comes complete with everything you need to get up and running to fence your pigs in; including a complete set of instructions.

It is possible to add in more polywire and fence posts if the pigs require a larger area to rootle in and of course the whole system can be moved too.  For this kit we recommend the use of wooden start and end posts.  These posts act as secure and strong anchors for your fence and provide additional tensioning and stability.  If you are using wooden posts you will require insulators (ie 1 x 20 pack insulators included in the kit list below - please add further insulators if you think you may require extra) which screw into the wooden posts and hold the wire in place.  Wooden posts are also useful at corners, at changes of direction and on either side of a gateway.

Extras:

Note: Lead Out Cable is not included. It is needed to run from the energiser at your mains socket to the fence and also from the energiser to the earth stake. There is a choice of 10m, 25m, 50m or 100m.  The reason lead out cable is not automatically added to the kit is that we aren ot sure how far away your energiser is from the start of your fence.  Any questions about this please get in touch.

Standard flat charge of only £10.94 for fencing kits, energisers, posts and similar sized items to UK mainland.

Small orders (sent by Royal Mail) charges are normally £5.50 for single packets of insulators and similar sized single items.

In general, for UK mainland, deliveries take 2-3 working days but please note at busy times of year for example over Easter, Christmas and bank holiday weekends delivery may take longer.
